Large Healthcare Organization is seeking 

IT Network Tech / User Support Analyst

These are long term Temp positions with the possibility of a permanent offer down the line with great attendance and performance.  M-F, 8am-5pm with some possible OT.

Position Summary:

Under general supervision, provides support to end-users for PC, server, network, applications and hardware. Responsible for configuring, installing and supporting hardware and software.

Position Accountabilities and Performance Criteria:

1. Under general supervision, provides support to end-users for PC, server, network, applications and hardware.
2. Under general supervision, assists in the evaluation of business problems, evaluates and recommends vendor packages, and implements required software.
3. Interacts with various levels of IT staff and others outside of IT to restore service and/or identify and correct problems.
4. Works on moderately complex applications.
5. Assists in the evaluation of new personnel end-user computing packages and equipment as well as in the implementation and testing of prototypes.
6. Installs new hardware and maintains existing hardware.
7. Consults with client area management and staff regarding PC and LAN systems and equipment problems or malfunctions and recommends solutions.
8. Provides Assistance to fellow IT Groups.
9. Local travel required.
10. Other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications:

Minimum Education:  AS in computer-related field or equivalent work experience.

Minimum Experience:   Minimum of three (3) years related experience. Experience working with LAN's/WAN's and working knowledge of required hardware and software.

Physical Requirements: This position is physically demanding as you will be required to install networking equipment and hardware.
