Outpatient Registration (full-time): The shifts there range from 7a – 5p w/rotating weekends in the Emergency Department (these rotating wkend shifts will not always be day shift.)

Emergency Department Registration: Overnights 11p-7a, includes weekends

Outpatient: 5a-5p most days, with rotation in the Emergency Department on weekends (Just a reminder that shifts rotate, hospital schedules to the needs of the department).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls to branch and route properly to the correct business unit.
  • Monitor, respond and document voicemails, return-calls needed and texts in a timely manner.
  • Assure that messages and information are received timely by the appropriate party and documented in CRM.
  • Manage guest flow in main lobby based on applicant need.
  • Ensure lobby area, refreshment station and applicant restrooms are neat and clean in appearance, disinfected following use and at the end of each business day per branch guidelines.
  • Manage Interview Dashboards and SWIS calendars by sending daily interview reminders, following up with no shows and handling rescheduling requests.
  • Assist applicants with application and onboarding process which may include: setting applicants up on kiosks, troubleshooting application issues, answering application questions, scheduling applicants for testing, processing, interviews and/or orientations.
  • Assist applicants with general questions concerning paycards, check stubs, garnishments, child support and housing forms.
  • Assist branch team with drug screens, assigning pay cards and any additional onboarding tasks.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as providing payroll support, maintaining databases, and creating client specific reports.
  • Order office supplies per branch guidelines and Operations Manager approval.
  • Navigate CRM proficiently and document all transactions as required by branch model.
  • Performs administrative work timely and appropriately as directed.
  • Demonstrates professionalism in attitude, demeanor, and attire.
  • Demonstrates the company’s and the area’s core values, operating principles, and service differentiators.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience/Educational Requirements:

High school education or appropriate equivalent. Some trade/technical school or college work preferred. Must possess skills in Excel, Word and Outlook.

Ability to greet and route visitors and callers pleasantly and effectively.
