Permanent customer service representatives are needed to work-from-home during COVID for our client.  This Scottsdale-based company works within the travel/rewards industry.  This is a direct hire, and NOT temp-to-hire!

Hours: 40 hours a week

Location: Work from home (MUST be a Phoenix metro resident) and relocate to offices post-COVID

Pay: $16 an hour for regular day shifts.  $17 an hour for bilingual CSRs.  Add $1 an hour for late shifts starting past 1pm.

Duties: Take inbound calls from people seeking to redeem their points/miles for travel or rewards
