RemX has an immediate opportunity available for a Configuration Analyst in the Virginia Beach area. 

Hours: 8 am – 5pm Monday-Friday

This position maintains and in-depth working knowledge of all subsystems and other related software necessary to perform job duties. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and write technical procedural documentation
• Responsible for the configuration and maintenance of subsystems
• Analyzes new system configurations, evaluates proposed policy change impacts, reviews unused subsystems, and previews new system releases to ensure operational excellence.
• Serves as primary system expert for managers and configuration analysts as well as regional and external customers.

• Mid-level configuration knowledge 
• Proficiency in technical writing
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
