Medical CSR - This is not a remote position - you will work onsite!

$16/hr.

Located near 40th St/University in Phoenix

Shift (12:30pm - 9pm) Monday - Friday

Duties:

• Make outbound calls to patients to schedule physical therapy
• Make outbound calls to doctors to coordinate patient appointments
• Make follow  up calls for paperwork
• Assisting patients who have been injured at work and have a current workers comp. case

Requirements:

• Interpersonal communication skills
• Must have computer skills
• Customer service experience
• Criminal background screen
• No drug screen required
