RemX Irvine is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist.  Contract with stable and growing company, located in Santa Ana.   Offering $24-$25.00/hr.

Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Receive and open invoices, input information into computer system
• Verify quantity received vs ordered
• Scan documents and save in shared folders
• Submit for final payment
• Research and verify any errors and follow thru to payment

Accounts Payable Requirements:

• 2 years in A/P or Invoice processing
• MS Excel Advanced and SAP or AS400 type of systems knowledge
• Bachelors degree required
• Analytical thinker, independent team player, attention to detail to identify problems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
