Description

Immediate opportunity for an Accounts Receivable/Credit Coordinator to join the team of a great company located in Ashland, VA.  

  • Daily charging and invoicing of customers
  • Answer customer questions, solve shipping and delivery issues and take new orders over the phone or via email
  • Assist with daily Accounts Receivable Reconciliation and Balancing
  • Post journal entries into QuickBooks
  • Enter purchase orders 
  • Maintain Excel spreadsheets
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail

Job Requirements

  • Must have 3-4 years of related experience
  • AS Degree/Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skill
  • Experience using QuickBooks
