RemX is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our client (bilingual Spanish required). The ideal candidate will be a motivated team-player who takes ownership of their responsibilities and enjoys a fast-paced working environment. $18 to 20/hour DOE. Contract to Hire position.
- Assist the recruitment of staff – creating and job posting, applicant tracking, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, tracking background and drug screening along with new hire orientation
- Maintain personal files
- Assist with Workers Compensation, filing out reports and working closing with management on claims.
- Assist with LOA
- Assist with company events and coordinate recognition programs of employees
- Administer time and attendance of weekly hours and submit to payroll
- Schedule, organized safety meetings as needed
- Working closing with onsite agencies, coordinating contacts, billing and reconciliations
- Other Administrative duties as needed.
