RemX Specialty Staffing is actively hiring Collections Representatives to work for a client in the Alpharetta, GA area.  Job responsibilities will include the following-

• Efficiently handle inbound/outbound calls and assist customers with bringing their accounts current. 
• Provide excellent customer service and meet objectives along the way.
• Identify the root cause of customer delinquency and generate solutions to customers by using negotiation skills while educating customer.
• Successfully contribute to increasing Customer Satisfaction scores.

• MUST HAVE A BACHELOR'S DEGREE!!!!
• Previous customer service expereince
• Excellent verbal communication
• Ability to multi-task
• Be a self-starter and ready to learn!
• Bilingual (Spanish-Speaking) is a plus!!!
