Financial services technology company is seeking individuals to work as Customer Service Representatives onsite in their Hagerstown, MD call center location. Work From Home may be available based on performance.
Provide excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries.
Follow-up with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the company product and/or service.
Previous customer service experience is preferred
Proficient with the use of computers and capable of toggling between multiple systems/guides.
