Customer Service Representative Job Description:
- Call prospects from the provided database using an automated dialer system
- Deliver prepared questions, reading from scripts, that describe the financial services
- Learn customer needs and adjust sales pitch accordingly
- Overcome any objections from homeowners to close the deal
- Input customer details on paper application and internal computer system, Calyx Point
Customer Service Representative Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills
- No mortgage experience required, but a commitment to training and development is necessary for success
- Previous door to door sales a plus
- Ability to work both of the following shifts on rotation:
- Monday – Thursday: 9:00am - 7:00pm, Friday: 9:45am - 1:45pm
- Monday – Thursday: 11:00am - 9:00pm, Friday: 9:45am - 1:45pm
