Hours: 9-5:30 Monday-Friday

Location: Mechanicsville, VA

The Mobile Device Management Technician is responsible for responding to customer telephone inquiries, setting up devices and software, and working with IT to set up platforms. 

• Experience supporting applications on mobile devices for a broad range of mobile operating systems (i.e. Apple iOS, Android OS, etc.)
• Provide basic technical support, troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining equipment 

Requirements:

High School Diploma
6+ months experience in a similar position
Experience with mobile operating systems
Excellent communication skills
The ability to ask good questions and troubleshoot
Attention to detail
