Description

RemX has an immediate need for an Administrative Specialist to work within the Property/Insurance Specialist for our client in Central San Diego. This is a contract to hire position. $17 to 24/hour DOE – position is remote must be in San Diego Area.

Job Duties:

  • Maintain files of loans that have sustain damage
  • Disburse funds on claims
  • Verifications of all repairs
  • Collect all required document and monitor repairs
  • Maintain contact with client throughout repairs and ensure funds have be disbursed in timely manner
  • Document all activity throughout the whole process, working of both spreadsheet and company system
  • Order inspections
  • Submit disbursement worksheet with recommendations of what should be approved
  • Stay current on all industry regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience working in insurance processing claims highly preferred
  • 1 to 2 years’ administrative background,
  • Experience working in accounting related highly preferred
  • Able to do internet search, data entry, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Previous experience working in the lending field preferred
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Excellent Customer Service and follow through
