TYPE: Contract to Hire; 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday - Friday

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Receive deliveries and review packing list to ensure correct parts were received
  • Data entry of new parts inventory into inventory software system
  • Cycle counts of inventory
  • Ensure accuracy of bin locations and change bin location in system if needed
  • Backup for picking and packing as well as unloading and sorting where needed
  • Receive internal parts orders
  • Backup for outgoing parts orders
  • Additional duties as assigned by management
  • Will reference manufacturer’s online parts system to look up the parts breakdowns on each machine to answer customer specific questions

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFLIED:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Must have 1-2 years of experience working with parts/ inventory 
  • Must have can do attitude and be willing to assist your team in other areas as needed
  • Experience working with inventory software system is a plus
  • Must have basic Microsoft Excel skills
  • Must have accurate data entry ability
  • Must be highly organized
