Description

Work with customers whose cards have been blocked or declined due to potential fraudulent transactions. You will be responsible for educating the customer and explaining why their card has been blocked. . Provide excellent customer service and follow up skills. Must be able to navigate computers and toggle between 2-3 systems/guides.

Hours: 3:00pm-12:00am (2week days off)

Pay:$16.20
