Our team is looking for Call Center Representatives to start for our client in Flowery Branch, Ga. They are looking for reliable candidates with strong background of call center or auto industry experience. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and emails in an efficient manner
• Responsible for maintaining goodwill between the retail store and its customer by answering questions, solving problems, providing parts or escalating when necessary.
• Address customer complaints in a compassionate and patient manner

Pay: $14.00/hr

Hours :

• 8:00-5:00pm
• 9:00am-6:00pm
• 11:00am-8:00pm

• 1 year of Call Center
• Auto industry is preferred
• Bilingual is a plus
