Customer service agents needed!

I have a client that is looking for individuals with amazing customer service and is looking to help people about housing inquires. You will help them with general basic questions to setting them up for tours of properties.   

Duties include:

• Help customers with their inquires about housing properties. 
• Help set up tour appointments with prospective tenants.
• Act as a point of contact for certain maintenance questions.

As a Call Center Representative you will be responsible for inbound/outbound phone-based customer service.  Answering questions and providing information on available apartment homes for rent, as well as Emergency maintenance ticketing and dispatching. This is a work from home position, and has the ability to move with you due to PCS. Military Family Friendly. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to an average of 80 to 100 calls per day

• Provide clear and accurate information to prospective residents

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer service-oriented issues effectively and efficiently

• Build rapport with the prospective residents and accurately capture all of the data required to present the lead to the management company

• Meet or exceed all call center metrics of efficiency and effectiveness

• Ability to use MaxLeases and call center platforms for client servicing and emergency maintenance calls after hour

• Perform other similar or related duties as requested or assigned

I have a client that is in the north Phoenix area that is looking for certified pharmacy technicians to help out in their facility.  They have two openings available!

Duties include:

• Filling medication for customers and getting them ready for shipment. 
• Conducting inventory of the medications and make orders when needed.
• Conducting prior authorization for customers when needed.
