RemX Staffing is currently hiring individuals to fill QA Medical Records Specialist positions with a company in the healthcare industry.  This is a WORK FROM HOME opportunity and the primary responsibilities will include the following but are not limited to-

• Assessing and monitoring inbound/outbound calls quality assurance. 
• Monitoring documents received and processed by the Document Management team making sure that adherence to company standards is being followed.
• Conducts reviews through recorded calls and/or completed work by document management team.
• Make recommendations for improvements in service delivery.

Start: Early March

Pay Rate: $15.00

REQUIREMENTS-

• High School diploma or GED
• Must have computer and ethernet cord/connection
• Previous experience with a call-monitoring system (minimum of 2 years)
• Previous call center experience (minimum of 1 year)
• Previous quality assurance experience preferred.
