TYPE: Contract to Hire; first shift; will work remote until client returns to office

  • Provide customer support for Supply Chain Management team 
  • Provide planning and scheduling movement of shipments out of warehouse
  • Track and trace ocean shipments, ensuring timely pick-up and arrival to destination
  • Act as point of contact for customer regarding import or export shipments, providing status updates, shipment times, etc.
  • Communicate with customers timely and efficiently via phone and email
  • Run reports via Excel (Using Pivot tables and V-Lookup) for client requests

Job Requirements


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent is required; Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of business to business customer service experience is required
  • Experience with reporting and analysis is required
  • Knowledge of basic logistics processes and procedures is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel including V-lookups, Pivot Tables, Macros, and Formulas
  • Excellent communication skills
