RemX Staffing is currently hiring individuals for Clinical Call Back Representative positions  to work with a company in the healthcare industry.  This is a WORK FROM HOME opportunity!

Job duties include but are not limited to the following-

• Schedule appointments to retrieve missing documentation from medical records.
• Assist in the review and/or auditing of medical record data.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls with medical providers
• Follow all company policies and procedures as trained.
• Properly document as necessary all files/records.

Hours: 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday

Start Date: March

Pay Rate: $15/HR

 Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience working in a hospital, physician office or other setting in which medical terminology knowledge was needed.
• Previous call center experience (minimum of 1 year)
• At least 1 year of outbound call experience or sales background
• Must have computer and ethernet cord/connection.
