We are looking for highly motivated, upbeat, and friendly Call Center Representatives to join our team.
Position: Inbound Customer Service Representative
Pay: $14.00/hr + Benefits
Shifts: Various Shift Availability
- Inbound calls, texts, chats providing information on available apartment homes for rent, as well as maintenance ticketing and dispatching.
- Provide clear and accurate information to prospective residents
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer service-oriented issues.
- Build rapport with the prospective residents.
- Perform other similar or related duties as requested or assigned.
- At least 1 years call center experience.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent communications skills
- High speed Wired internet connection with minimum 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload.
- Must have a quiet working environment available in your home
- Must have dual monitors at your workstation to ensure you are able to maneuver between multiple screens.
- Must be able to pass Background Check.
