Looking for Experienced Call Center Representatives - A Work From Home Opportunity - Equipment NOT Included!

I have an awesome client who is looking for candidates who are positive, friendly, upbeat, and professional with a good work ethic. 

Duties Include:

Answering roughly 80 - 100 inbound calls, texts, chats. In this role, CSRs will be providing information on available apartment homes for rent, scheduling tours, entering maintenance request, and dispatching. The only outbound calls will be to reach out to maintenance.

**Must be comfortable with inbound and outbound**

Pay: $13/hour

Training:

1 week - REMOTE from 7am - 3pm Monday - Friday

Must be comfortable working from home - 40 hours a week.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 1 years customer service experience; preferably a call center.
  • Must have good tenure with previous employers. 
  • Excellent computer skills (Google Chrome, Gmail, and Google Instant).
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Active listening skills.
  • High Speed Internet - must be a WIRED connection.
  • Minimum 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload.
  • Must have a quiet working environment available in your home. 
  • Must have dual (2) monitors at your workstation.
  • Must be able to pass Background Check.
  • Proof of High School Diploma and / or GED.
  • Must be able to work any shift between 7:30am - 7pm Monday and at least 1 weekend day (this department is open 365 days a year).

Must be comfortable working from home - 40 hours a week.
