Customer Service Representative

• Employment Type: 6 month contract
• Salary: $15.00/hr
• Location: Coral Springs, FL
• Schedule: Must have open availability! Weekend work required

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from customers
• Answer customer questions, and assist with researching and resolving issues
• Process internal work and customer requests
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers on errors or questions
• Handle special requests

Job Requirements:

• Experience with internet navigation and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to clearly communicate with clients and customers
