Our client is a growing home builder that is looking to expand their Columbus, OH branch. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of Loan Officer experience with the drive to succeed.  Solid work life balance, fun work atmosphere, excellent starting salary, benefits and zero prospecting required. Active pipeline of loans closing on average 35/month.   Solid potential to make over 6 figures.     

TYPE: Direct Hire (remote currently but will return to the office eventually) 

YOUR DUITES WILL INCLUDE: 

• Will maintain weekly contact with realtors, builders, borrowers and brokers 
• Originate loan applications and submit for processing 
• Develop a strong partnership with the Sales team to ensure monthly goals are met 
• Educate sales/marketing on industry changes and new product offerings         

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED: 

• Bachelor Degree preferred 
• 3-5 years of Loan Officer experience required 
• Home Builder experience a plus 
• Solid relationship building skills
• Encompass is a plus
