TYPE: Direct Hire (remote currently, will be a hybrid role in office and remote eventually) 

DUTIES:

• Responsible for assisting Loan Originators in the residential mortgage origination process
• Will be the liaison between sales, operations, and the builder
• Prepare & maintain mortgage loan files from application into processing and ensure the completeness and accuracy of the documents
• Review and calculate borrower income and assets to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines
• Review rates and terms of mortgage loan products with consumers
• Other office duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment  
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Mortgage related experience is a plus
• Recent college graduates are welcome
