Work From Home Opportunity - Must have a computer and an Ethernet cord. Must be in the Metro-Atlanta area to pick up equipment.

Start: Mid March

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible reviewing the work of the Call Center Representatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitors inbound and outbound calls
  • Ensures work is following quality standards
  • Make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience with a call monitoring systems
  • 2 years of Quality Assurance (QA) experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
