RemX is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join the Accounts Receivables team of a fortune 500 company located in Houston, TX.  This position is available immediately for the well qualified candidate. 

• Assist with the preparation of accounts
• Basic bookkeeping functions
• Processing and paying invoices
• Recording receipts and payments
• Preparing and checking ledger balances 
• Preparing financial reports
• Assist with audits 

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years leadership experience 
• 3+ years AR experience
• Proficiency with MS Office products- Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• Sound decision making abilities
• Ability to work with urgency
