This position verifies that mortgage disclosure packages comply with applicable disclosure regulations as well as investor and agency disclosure requirements.  

• Review mortgage files for accuracy and completeness
• Preparing and delivering disclosure packages to borrowers
• Audit, verify and ensure that the mortgage loan disclosure packages are accurate and comply with regulation timelines
• communicate with team members to validate fees associates with the mortgage transaction to ensure disclosures are delivered with the correct fee amounts
• Monitor pipeline daily
• Review loan summary forms, loan officer questionnaires and other documents to identify fees paid by the borrower
• Comply with Regulations B, C, X and Z regarding the completion of required disclosures including Good Faith estimate, Truth in Lending, Loan Estimate, Closing Disclosure, HUD1 settlement form and Potential Transfer of Servicing Form.  
• BSA and OFAC responsibilities
• Comply with agency disclosure requirements for conventional, FHA, VA, USDA mortgages
• Comply with investor specific disclosure requirements
