TYPE: Direct Hire 

Pay: Up to $50K DOE

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Preparation of federal and state income tax returns for C-Corporations, S-Corporations, Partnerships and individuals 
• Assist with analyzing tax notices 
• Monthly write-ups 
• General bookkeeping duties including posting journal entries, monthly closing, monthly financial reports, posting sales invoices, AP/AR, cash disbursements, receipts and payroll 
• Stay current on tax laws, regulations, and rules 

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

• Bachelor's Degree - Accounting, Finance, Business  
• 2 - 5 years of public accounting experience preferred
• Advanced experience with QuickBooks
• Experience with business and individual income taxation
