We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join the team of a growing company located in the West End of Richmond. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all aspects of data management, which may include tracking data, validating, and extracting
• Ensures accuracy and quality of data
• Communicates with internal colleagues to obtain additional information as needed
• Responsible for the maintenance of a portfolio of client accounts

• High School Diploma
• Previous data entry, data analysis and customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be flexible and quick to adapt to changes
• Ability to be technically and analytically focused
• Excellent problem solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
