Fast growing and employee friendly company, with an exciting opportunity for an A/R Assistant in our Philadelphia office. The primary responsibility of this position is to offer administrative support for the A/R department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supporting A/R representatives in various duties such as, but not limited to, the following:
? Scanning, printing, and proof-reading medical documents
? Maintaining and creating Excel spreadsheets and updating patient information as needed
? Sorting and distributing mail within the department
? Researching all returned mail and updating system accordingly
? Sending patient invoices and secondary claims
? Data entry
? Good working knowledge of Excel and Word required
? Ability to multi-task a must
? Experience in a healthcare setting and utilizing Navinet a plus
