Administrative Assistant Duties:

• Support activation/deactivation and support for wireless purchase, replacements and troubleshoot any issues.
• Responsible for updating company contact list of 650+ employees
• Manage office electronic supplies (copier, fax, etc.) toner and inventory of supplies
• Responsible for assisting with company accounts and conference calls
• Assist with company employee anniversary, year end and other team events appreciation events
• Complete Administrative projects as required by Mgmt.
