RemX Staffing is working with a title company located in Northfield NJ. They are seeking an receptionist/administrative assistant to join their team! 

• Answer the phones / main line and delegate calls
• Greet clients as they come in to the office
• Guide and assist clients
• Open and distribute mail
• Manage supplies  
• Wipe down the settlement rooms between settlements for our COVID procedures 

Temp to Hire 

$17 PER HR

• 1-2 years of receptionist/admin experience 
• Experience with MS Office
• Customer/client service experience 
• Experience working in a real estate or title office is a plus but not required
