needed in Clinton for a fantastic manufacturing facility!

Pay depends on experience! 

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel

  Perform administrative duties within a supply chain team to include general clerical, spreadsheet creation and management, customer support and interaction, vendor support and interaction, and project-based work.

Duties Include:

  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Performs general clerical duties.
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
  • Interface with customer and supplier contacts.
  • Research, price, and purchase items, as directed.
  • Coordinate and maintain records for company inventory.
  • Support staff in assigned project-based work.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• 3 years minimum experience as administrative assistant with a stable work history.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• High School Degree or equivalent required.

• Some college preferred.

• Very good verbal and written communication skills.

• Very good math skills.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Proficient telephone skills.

• Planning and organizational skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

• IATF 16949 experience, a plus.

• Initiates contacts and establishes rapport easily, maintaining effective communication between all personnel, management, customers, suppliers, and employees
