Job Details

• Data entry
• 2nd Shift

• No sales – currently work from home!

• Take inbound calls to managing customer technical issues

• Trouble shooting and general inquiries regarding digital app.  The app manages digital assets

• 70% email/chat and 30% phone.  The work open tickets while waiting for an incoming call.  Multitask - may manage 3-5 online chats at one time.

• Open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Requirements

• 2 years call center experience
• High School Diploma or GED

• Must be detail oriented
• Must have strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Ability to follow procedural guidelines to respond to and/or research customer
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Tact, courtesy and social sensitivity
• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail

• Upbeat, friendly, outgoing

• Resourceful

• Technical/troubleshooting knowledge
