As a Call Center Representative you will be responsible for inbound/outbound phone-based customer service. Answering questions and providing information on available apartment homes for rent, as well as Emergency maintenance ticketing and dispatching. This is a work from home position, and has the ability to move with you due to PCS. Military Family Friendly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to an average of 80 to 100 calls per day
Provide clear and accurate information to prospective residents
Troubleshoot and resolve customer service-oriented issues effectively and efficiently
Build rapport with the prospective residents and accurately capture all of the data required to present the lead to the management company
Meet or exceed all call center metrics of efficiency and effectiveness
Ability to use MaxLeases and call center platforms for client servicing and emergency maintenance calls after hour
Perform other similar or related duties as requested or assigned
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to pass a background check
High School Diploma or GED
1-year Customer Service experience within the last 5 years?
The ability to work Saturday and Sunday each week is required
Must exhibit professional customer service attitude with a team player work style
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently
Ability to make decisions, manage time and perform multiple tasks
Strong organizational skills, ability to adapt to changing priorities and different situations, and strong attention to detail
Strong written and oral communication skills
Demonstrates technical aptitude with regard to understanding, interpreting
Strong computer skills
Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
