 RemX has Immediate need for Human Resources Coordinator for our client in the San Diego Area, this is a great opportunity for growing company

Job Duties

  • Assist in creating and job posting, applicant tracking, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, perform references checks and employment verification
  • Track background and drug screen of new hires
  • Process new hires paperwork from offer letters to orientations
  • Assist in maintaining personnel files, performance reviews
  • Schedule meetings, HR events and maintain agendas

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • 3 years’ experience as HR Coordinator or related field
  • Bachelors’ Degree
  • Ability to stay organized and worked in a high pace environment
  • Proficient in ADP Workforce to DayForce
