"Clerk 1 - Account Set-up & Maintenance" Description: Pay Rate - $18.50 Supplier Bill Rate - $25.92 Day 1 headcount: 1 Schedule M-F - 9a-6p Manager will be completing phone screens for this role. LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY - will have to pick up equipment on 1st day; will have to work on office once COVID restrictions are lifted Manager looking for: Previous AR/Bookkeeping experience Customer Service; comfortable on the phone - will be answering client calls and accepting payments over the phone Temp to hire for right candidate; please be advised if offered a role, FTE pay rate is lower. Responsible for evaluating and loading new accounts into the company's computer system. Responsible for accurately entering customer data into the centralized maintenance system. Maintains customer information changes. Updates CRM system with new and existing account information. Updates licensing for all accounts. Scans and categorizes documentation into a scanning system. Releases orders from license hold. Performs related duties as assigned. Familiarity with Windows-based word processing and spreadsheet software(Microsoft Office) Familiarity with ERP Accounting packages Ability to accurately interpret contract data Ability to communicate effectively both orally and inwriting.
