Responsibilities:
Perform as a supervisor in the tape department.
- Work with the Material
- Ensure GFSI standards are met and exceeded
- Communicate work flow to machine operators.
- Monitor daily work flow in terms of production and quality.
- Tape spec sheets are current and correct,
- Responsible for knowing progress of job orders.
- Able to estimate time needed to complete jobs.
Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment with minimum of 2-year supervisor experience
- Minimum of Green Belt for Six Sigma
- Training or significant experience in Lean Management
- Able to read a measuring device and understand basic mathematics’
- , • Good computer skills—experience with ERP and Micro-soft systems
- Abilitytointerfacewellwithmanagers,internalandexternalcustomers,andmachineoperators.
- Ability to work cooperatively with other departments
