Are you looking for an opportunity to work with a company who is leading the country in healthcare transportation. We are looking for Customer Service professionals who will support those in need with scheduling medical appointments to make a difference in their lives. 

As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for the following:

  • Answer inbound calls to schedule transportation to medical appointments
  • Verify eligibility and requirements
  • Maintain high level of professionalism  

1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available (days off may vary).

Pay: $12/hr

  • Must have a modem to connect to. Cannot use WIFI.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of previous customer service experience
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
