Small company in Marville, Tennessee has an immediate need for a Logistics/Dispatcher Coordinator. 

The position is contract to hire. The hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. The company does offer 401(k) and PTO time. 

Seeking someone who has logistics and dispatching background and prefers QuickBooks experience. 

• Handle invoicing
• Receiving payments
• Writing and printing checks
• Corresponding with vendors
• Corresponding with customers, Carriers, etc.
• Maintaining various spreadsheets 

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Tech savvy 
• SAGE ACT a plus
• QuickBooks preferred
