Description

Accounts Payable Coordinator needed for expanding North Charlotte Office. 

TYPE: Contract to Hire 

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Processing invoices weekly 
  • Coding invoices (25-100 per week)
  • Request payments from customers and arrange payments as needed 
  • Apply all cash received in accounting system  
  • Data Entry
  • Filing invoices
  • Clerical duties 

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable is required
  • Experience with billing is preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree preferred
  • Excel- create spreadsheets and formatting  
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Municipal background preferred
