RemX Staffing is partnered with a Global Logistics company located as the Navy Yard. They are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist for their Custom Brokerage Department. This position will be temporary- 3-5 months in duration. Training will be onsite then will be remote work. 

8am-5pm M-F

$16.00/HR

• Coordinating and executing daily operations to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Data Entry 
• Enter package documentation in to the data base 
• Review and audit documentation for accuracy and completeness 
• This role reports to the operations manager 

• Attention to detail and the ability to work with accuracy
• Strong computer skills 
• Proficiency in MS Excel 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills 
• Must have good organizational skills
