RemX is seeking an IT Recruiter to support our corporate office for 4+ months. This is a 100% remote opportunity.
IT Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in hiring qualified candidates to support a new project
- Efficiently utilize multiple platforms to source and recruit Product Owners, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Lead Engineers
- Collaborate with the TA team, hiring managers, and upper management
- A laptop and cellphone will be provided
IT Recruiter Requirements
- 2-3 years of IT recruitment experience, preferably with an agency
- Demonstrated success recruiting Product Owners, Data Analyst, Data Engineers and Lead Engineers
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing needs
- Experience with MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Preferably experience with Bullhorn and Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems
- Experience sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, etc.
