Immediate opportunity for a Mortgage Post Closer. This position is with a well-respected company located in the Richmond area.
This position will perform duties from closing through file completion.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all closed loans are properly documents and comply with different regulations.
- Reviewing, assembling and delivering closed mortgage loan documentation to all required parties
- Ensure that VA, FHA, or conventional post-closing requirements are met
- Monitor and activate PMI
- Track and maintain mortgage related documents to include Deeds of Trust, Title Policies, Endorsements, etc.
- Data entry into MERS system
