You will be either managing the intake of new patients or helping current patients with re-order of supplies. You must communicate empathetically with our customers addressing their needs.  Follow up with customers to resolve their concerns. Work accurately with close attention to detail


  • $15/hr. 
  • Training Length: Three (3) weeks – will be on camera during training
  • Training Schedule: 8am-3pm/9am-4pm PST (short days)
  • Training & Work Location: Remote
  • Post- Training Schedule:  8:30am-5pm PST
  • Technology: They will be shipped all necessary equipment.


Job Requirements

  • 30 WPM 

  • HSD or GED required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience

  • Exceptional phone and communication skills, good with people

  • Good tenure in previous work experience 

  • Exceptional phone and communication skills, good with people

  • Computer and multi-tasking skills (type, talk and listen while moving between multiple computer screens)

  • Great attitude

  • Good plug in internet at home

  • Dependable
