A Consumer Product Design / Packaging team is seeking a Meticulously Detailed Account Coordinator to provide high touch Customer Service, Account Management and Order Processing. This role is Administrative in nature working in an office to support the Accounts team and their Customers. Customers are predominantly in personal care, cosmetics, hair care, nutritional supplements and natural/organic items.

Day to Day Duties:

  • Work closely with Clients, Vendors, Sales Team and Account Managers
  • Responsible for processing custom customer orders through an ERP system
  • Manage Order Process flow from design stage to delivery
  • Will work closely with design and production teams to ensure quality products are delivered
  • As the role develops, will work in tandem with Account team to offer consultative package design solutions for new customer products
  • Assist with general office administrative tasks


Job Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Experience in a related Manufacturing or Design environment with product deadlines
  • Order Processing experience is a plus
  • Job Tenure is important - we are seeking a long term team member
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical abilities: Mac is a plus, MS Word and Excel, ERP is a plus
  • Ability to manage high volume of Customer Orders and Juggle Multiple Priorities
  • Top notch Follow Up skills
  • High Attention to Detail and Organizational skills (this isn't just a bullet on a resume, this is how you operate)
