Position: Direct Hire Inbound Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote **Training will be onsite**
Training: 9:30am-5pm M-F for 5 weeks training is *ONSITE*
Shifts: Various Shift available but must be open to working a 8hr. shift 5 days a week between 5am & 9pm M-Sun with 2 consecutive days off
Pay: $14/hr. $14.50/hr. Bilingual Spanish + tons of other additional compensations and bonuses
- Handle inbound calls from nationwide home services customers and resolve all issues within a single contact.
- Communicate empathetically with our customers addressing their needs.
- Follow up with customers to resolve their concerns.
- Meet booking conversion, quality and productivity requirements for inbound calls.
- Work accurately with close attention to detail.
- 35-40 WPM – flexible
- HSD or GED
- 1 year CSR experience, does not have to be call center – can be retail, fast food
- Exceptional phone and communication skills, good with people
- Computer and multi-tasking skills (type, talk and listen while moving between multiple computer screens)
- Great attitude
- Good plug in internet at home
- Must be able to pass background check.
- No drug test required.
