TYPE: Contract to Hire

HOURS: 2^rd shift – 3pm to 11pm Mon – Sun/Days off vary

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Monitor current schedule of couriers to ensure workload balance, conduct reassignments in case of breakdowns or interruptions
• Communicate with customers to ensure relevant details of pick-up / delivery to the courier and customer
• Handle customer concerns
• Will use dispatch software to manage drivers
• Other duties as assigned

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• 1+ year of customer service, dispatch, or delivery experience   
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Superb customer service skills
• Excellent decision-making skills
