Currently hiring part-time retail call center representatives for location in West Knoxville!  If you possess a love for fashion, and would like to work 25-30 hours per week, this opportunity is for you! Normal Hours range from 8am - 10pm, occasionally 7am until 12am or 1am during sale events. 

This can be a seasonal opportunity or you can continue working and, with great performance and attendance, be offered a permanent position if you desire. You also have the option to stay on working as a flexible temp, so many options with this opportunity!

Pay is $10.50 1st shift and $11.00 2nd shift and weekends. Great opportunity for part-time job seekers, especially those desiring some flexibility.

Must be able to work some weekend shifts, as retail is very busy on weekends and Holidays. Must be available to work the following mandatory sale dates: April 26th - May 9th, May 17th, May 25th.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls
• Provide excellent customer service
• Placing online catalog orders for customers
• Assisting in-store associates
• Opening customer cards

Requirements:

• 3+ months of call center or customer service (call center, retail, restaurant or customer service environment)
• Excellent communication skills
• Good computer skills and the ability to navigate through several systems at once, will be tested
• Available to work 25-30 Hours per week, including weekends and holidays

Call Center Representative

for a Covenant Healthcare facility located in

Louisville, TN!

Mon-Fri (8am-5pm) off on weekends!  This is a temp to hire opportunity. 

Receives Inbound calls

o Schedules/Reschedules appointments

o Nurse callbacks (medication refills, issues w/ medications, medication reactions, prior authorizations for insurance purposes, etc.)

o Messages for therapists

o Messages for Case Managers

o Crisis calls for patients or the community

o Adheres/facilitates with the clinic staff for patients that have a specialized care plan for High Risk Suicide

o Provide resources available for: Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health programs and rehabilitation

o Work with community agencies (ex. Department of Children’s Services, Mental Health Facilities, Group Homes, Children’s Homes) to make sure their clients are getting their treatment needs met
